A Yingerman, father of 3 children, is facing jail time in a few weeks.

update.

My first day of trial was 2 weeks ago, trial is set to continue on September 3. If I can come up with another $10,000, ($15,000 total) I can probably get off going to jail. I am a single dad raising my 2 year old daughter and therefore I am not able to work much. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!
