This kollel uplifts the neighborhood and the avreichims families, and your support enables us to continue this מקום תורה for the upcoming year. Without your support, our kollel will close after 12 years of serious Limud Hatorah.

Our Rosh Kollel, Rav Shimon Neumann Shlit"a opened this kollel for everyones benefit besides himself, and now has no way to continue to support it.

If you are reading this, that means you have decided to take a little bit of interest in supporting our kollel. We thank you just for showing interest!

In the heart of ירושלים, there is a thriving night כולל made of 14 בני תורה and 1 esteemed ראש כולל. The כולל was founded 12 years ago by Rav Shimon Neumann Shlita with one intention, to provide a place for אברכים to learn בהתמדה every night in a location conveniently located in the center of our neighborhood. This was an investment for the אברכים and the community. תורה מגנא ומצלא, the torah is a shield and a protection, and what better form of protection is there for a neighborhood then a night kollel?

And to ensure that the כולל would be focused and serious, he listened to the advice of רבא from the גמרא in עבודה זרה.

אמר רבא לעולם ילמוד אדם תורה במקום שלבו חפץ שנאמר כי אם בתורת ה' חפצו

Every אברך learns what his heart desires. While some have completed several מסכתות in ש''ס during our night seder, some have been working on their clarity in הלכה while some review that days learning.

So now that you know about the כולל, here is where you come in!

Until now, the ראש כולל made a few phone calls once a year and the money was raised for the year. Unfortunately, last year many of the donors stopped supporting the כולל and now the כולל hasn't received a paycheck for the past 2 months. As we approach a new year, the continuation of this כולל is in the donors hand! A זכות you can carry with you in תשפ''ז, where every night אברכים will be sitting in ירושלים עיר הקדוש learning in your זכות.
