The transport team of Misaskim of Central Jersey is a dedicated group of volunteers who work hand in hand with local Chevra Kadishas to ensure that every Niftar in need of transport is brought to Kevurah with efficiency and the highest level of Kavod Ha’Meis. Whether arranging timely transport for a Niftar to make a flight for Kevurah in Eretz Yisroel or responding to a Meis Mitzvah who passed away alone in a nursing home in South Jersey, or as far as Nova Scotia, Canada. No matter the time of day or night, the team has driven tens of thousands of miles across the Tri-State area and beyond. Their unwavering commitment ensures that every Niftar is treated with dignity, respect and upmost compassion.
