Kollel Zichron Rochel Raizel is a dynamic and far‑reaching kollel network founded in Yerushalayim by Rabbi Yisroel Mordechai Gottesman.

The kollel is distinguished by its rigorous learning framework. First Seder features two advanced chaburos engaged in in‑depth study of Shas. Second Seder brings together a select group of accomplished yungeleit, including experienced Roshei Kollel and Rabbanim, to explore expansive areas of halacha.

The Night Seder program is devoted to practical halacha and shimush chachamim, culminating in semicha for participants who complete their studies.

In addition, the kollel operates specialized tracks focusing on the halachos of p’sak in Daled Minim, Hilchos Niddah, and the detailed laws of Sta”m.

Today, the network includes more than fifty yungeleit. Alumni have gone on to strengthen Torah learning and community life in cities across the United States — including Scranton, Houston, and Baltimore — as well as in England, in both Gateshead and London.
