What does net include

The net includes

  • The whole amount of offline donations
  • The amount of charges donations

It subtracts

  1. Credit card processing fees
  2. For paid campaigns, 3.5% platform fee
  3. For free campaigns, 3% fee for phone donations
  4. For free campaigns, 3% fee for PayPal donations and DAF donations made to AB Charity's account

It does not subtract

  1. Stripe transfer fees. (If you're on a automatic payout schedule, Stripe charges 0.0025% of every transfer)
  2. Chargeback funds from disputes
  3. Chargeback funds from refunds
