First, you'll need to create an account with us. Once you've created an account,click on "Create A Campaign" at the top-left corner of every page. You can choose the type of campaign, free or paid; you can add your campaign details, e.g., title, description, goal, media, etc. Further down the page, you'll be able to adjust fine-grained settings about your campaign, from teams to specific Zchusim, and create a custom link for your campaign.
In short, free campaigns get the money about 10 days after each donation; paid campaigns get the funds about 3 days after each donation. You can also adjust the settings to get all the funds at once after the campaign has finished.
The long answer: every donation needs to be authorized by the credit card company; this process usually takes 1 day. After the CC provider approves it, it's ready to be sent to your bank; however, depending on your bank, it may take up to a week until your bank approves this transaction. Most banks, however, authorize transactions much faster, in less than two days. If you have a paid campaign, we'll send you each donation right away as it gets approved by the CC provider. If you have a free campaign, we'll send you the money one week after it gets approved. It may be a little confusing, but essentially, in most cases, it'll take about ten days for free campaigns and three days for a paid one.

Yes. With our free package, you don't pay anything for credit & debit card donations. It's 100% free, and you'll get 100% of every donation, minus the credit card processing fee.
We charge a 3% fee for PayPal, OJC, Donors Fund, Matbia, and Pledger donations if they go through our account. For more information, contact us
Yes. Every donation to any campaign is tax-deductible. AB CHARITY INC is a legal non-profit, so even if a campaign is not a non-profit, your donation will still be tax deductible through our platform. Our tax ID is 92-3617094
PayPal: 1.9% + 49¢
Amex cards: 3.2% - 3.5%.
All other credit & debit cards: 2.2% + 30¢.
OJC: 1.59%
Donor's Fund & Matbia: 2.9%
Pledger: 3%
ACH: 0.8%
Donations made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay are the same as the card brand.

Yes. In your dashboard, go to the "My Campaigns" section. You'll see three buttons; click on the "more" button, and then click on "Phone Donations." You'll get to a page where you can search for a phone number by area or postal code. Once you have selected a number, you can optionally upload a recording that callers will hear when calling this number. After that, click submit, and your number is ready to use. The phone number will automatically display on your campaign page.
Note: due to the added cost of phone donations, we charge 3% of phone donations for free campaigns.
To receive donations made by credit or debit cards, you'll need to link your bank account with our system through Stripe. We use Stripe to gather and securely access your information. We do not store nor can we see your bank information; all the info you enter is processed directly by Stripe. To do that, in your dashboard menu, expand "Payment Options" and then click on "Credit/Debit Card," once there, click on "Continue To Stripe." Follow the form wizard to complete your account setup. Once you've set that up, the money will automatically transfer to your bank account according to your settings. We'll also send you PayPal, OJC, Matbia, Pledger, or Donor's Fund donations through Stripe.
No. You can create a campaign with us even if your bank is not in the USA. We currently support 46 countries, including most of Europe. For a complete list of supported countries, visit stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts.
Note: this list only applies to receiving accounts. If your question is about donating, we support donations from virtually every country and currency in the world.
If you can't open a Stripe account with us, you can still create a campaign. Call us on 212-239-8923, or send us an email to info@abcharity.org to discuss the best possible way to send you the funds from your campaign.
We support virtually every credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Microsoft Pay, Link, and the built-in browser payment API (Chrome, Edge, Opera)
We also support Charity cards like OJC, Donor's Fund, Pledger, and Matbia.
US donors can also donate with Cash App, Affrim, and bank transfers. EU donors can also donate with Bancontact
Yes. There are three ways you can set this up.
Submit your tax ID and organization's name from the dashboard to enable donations with OJC and Pledger, Matbia, and Donor's Fund. Note this will only work if you're a non-profit organization.
If you don't have an organization, we provide a service where donations go to our platform's account, and once your campaign has finished we'll send you the funds.
If you don't want to use the above options, you can link your Cardknox account. That will automatically enable all of the donation cards. To set this up, you'll need to contact us. We'll guide you through the process.
